The special LeakGaurd design prevents leaks at the legs. The legs fit very comfortably. The overall design and fit of these underwear is really great. They fit smooth and look like real underwear which gives me more confidence wearing them. They are made out of a soft fabric and are not bulky at all. They are very comfortable to wear. I am happy with these underwear.

They are easy to use and durable for what I need. No leakage noted when wearing them. They don't feel bulky either. Comfortable under clothes.

I typically just wear the pads, but I'm glad I got these for a change. They're especially nice for night time and for long days/trips when you don't want your pad bunching up. I was expecting it to hold a lot of pee, it was going over the side onto the leg of the panty, the very first time i leaked. Do the panties come with a # for different levels of incontinence lite the pads do. Thank goodness I only got the small package. I do like the fit if the pad part was more effective.
