Leakage can be so embarrassing, but with these underwear I don't feel embarrassed at all and I feel to totally protected. These fit true to size.

Everytime I use always product I do tend to become more itchy around my sensitive areas and I break out in eczema. Does this happen to anyone else? I have always been scared to try these because it looks like an adult diaper and the thought of wearing these makes me feel like it would be a complete disaster. I look at it like this..if you wear a pad it's basically the same thing. It's gonna get messy but at least these underwear are disposable and helps tremendously with the flow. Who wants to wear them then get embarrassed in public. Well I tried them and not only are they comfortable but they also hold everything in. Make sure to have an extra on handy just in case. Although it seems like I am carrying a diaper bag with these products, more underwear and wipes. It is a must try and if you don't like it then change. Worth trying new things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit snug on me. I have a kinda large butt with hips and I believe I should've sized up on these. They are good on but I'd prefer to have something more comfy fitting. It's my fault though to why they feel that way. Overall, great product.

These Always Discreets are great if you have issues with incontinence, or if you need some safeguards after a surgery and you're not as mobile, or if you have bladder issues, etc. After my C-section I have used them and I can say these are best and leakproof. They are my life saver

I wear these on heavy days and so far they've come through! I am way less worried about moving /hiding/worrying. Recommend!
