I know that this product is marketed towards urine leaks, but this product is great for menstrual needs also. I have a really hard time with pads and tampon leaks, so this underwear protection is perfect as a backup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The absorbency of these incontinence underwear it's right on point the problem that I'm not happy with the fit and the comfort level because it's lacking in this product. Always products have great odor control and amazing leak protection that's one of the best features of this product. However, the material that was used to manufacture these incontinence underwear is really itchy and annoying. I just have a problem with the texture of the material they used. I guess my skin is a bit sensitive to it because all it does is make me itch all day. And just for a point of reference I thought it was just me I had my mother-in-law try these just to see if it was just my skin being sensitive or it's really the material that was used. And to my surprise it wasn't me it was actually the fabric that they used to make these. So would I recommend this to someone?. Absolutely not especially, if you're going to be itchy and annoyed. What's the point of that!?

I don't feel like I'm wearing protective underwear at all. I feel alot more confident knowing no one else knows. I can wear any outfit I choose and still don't second guess. They don't make a sound and they feel just like real underwear. I strongly recommend these. They absorb well and keep me feeling dry throughout the day.

First off, I need to say they not look or feel like a diaper. They fit just like your regular undies in the legs ,waist and bottom.Plus they are not noticeable under your clothes.So soft,comfortable and super absorbent to really keep you feeling dry. No signs of redness ,irritation or chafing  .Recommend to family and friends.

The material is very lightweight and is not too snug. I really love the high waist and full coverage. Great for both day and night. Highly recommend.
