She using them mainly at night that way she doesn't have to wake up so much during the night. Thes Maximum Protection Underwear are really comfortable and absorbent for her.

The panties are super lightweight but very absorbent and the fit is great under pants without feeling bulky. Great for unexpected messes and can be disposed of in a small bundle without embarrassing odors. Highly recommend.

This version was a nice basic beige color. The waistband was very comfortable. You can't tell I'm wearing them. I have irregular urinary incontinence and it always seems to occur when I'm in public. These are a lifesaver!

The bladder protection is excellent, and the product feels like real underwear. The underwear doesn't feel like a heavy diaper or pad. I felt very comfortable wearing the product, except at bedtime. I found this underwear to be helpful at night, but it did bunch up a bit once you lay down. I would recommend the long-lasting leak protection underwear. They feel comfortable and come in a variety of sizes.

They don't aggravate the skin or cause a rash, so they don't bother sensitive skin. If this is indeed something you need, they do exactly what they are supposed to do.
