[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these a few weeks ago and I did not use them right away thank goodness I didn't my daughter had twins and she did start menostrating(spelling) until 3 weeks after she had the babies and these were all I had at the moment and she said they worked great for what she used them for

I will NEVER buy this product again! I tried them twice and BOTH times were the same outcome! The padding starts tearing apart after 10-15 minutes of putting them on and I haven't even “leaked”! I have told everyone about them and they've ALL said the same thing! I will DEFINITELY be switching to a different brand, TERRIBLE product!

No one will be able to tell that you are wearing them. These are great for people that battle incontinence whether it's daily or sick for a few days or even for people ongoing medical treatment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As somebody who has experienced leakage, when laughing too hard, I am so thankful that there is something like this on the market! Sometimes it did feel a little bulky, but not so much where I would stop using. Way more comfortable than a diaper!

The package isn't overwhelmingly embarrassing, and she hasn't had any issues since she's been using them! I haven't asked her many questions about them since she doesn't like talking about it - but they seem to work very well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear (S/M) are very comfortable when I am wearing them, they are very absorbant, pretty color, easy to put on. When I am wearing clothes, I cannot tell that I am wearing them because they feel just like regular underwear.

Im 25 years old and was paralyzed in a car wreck. The hardest part of wheelchair life is bladder leaking. For someone my age it is scary to have to deal with wearing a product. This pant is very easy to hide from friends and usually holds all I need it to. I have recommended to all my other friends in wheelchairs!

I will not buy this product again! Very disappointed. Does look like picture , alittle leakage and the seat feels heavy. I bought because (Always) has had a reputaton for their menstraul pads. They need to go back to the dtawing board with these pants. Leakage out the sides also. I will goback to other brand which is very riliable. They dont look like the picture either.
