[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The always discreet underwear is useful and very easy to use. They have a great absorbency. They fit well. Very comfortable to wear. Ver nice odor control. However they do have a slight scent which is not to bad. Would recommend.

They are thin, look very similar to traditional fabric underwear, and can be worn discreetly with even with the tightest of leggings. Odors are contained and comfort is maintained, even during an overnight sleep. I will "always" keep these on hand!

I really like that they are more fitted than most so I don't feel like I'll have an issue. Odor control was perfect as they seem to have a very light scent that's not unpleasant. Overall I'd get these again. I think they work well

This is a great product for someone if they suffer from heavy leaks. It uses a multi layer structure to help lock in leaks within seconds after absorbing them. This product can be used at any time of day and you don't need to worry about odours due to the Zero Technology it contains which helps to neutralise odours.

I wear them hiking with my kids and are huge help in the random sneeze or laughing situation where if my bladder is full there is an issue. They fit well and you can't tell under my clothes they aren't normal underwear

They are absorbent like the Always products I've used in the past. Some other brands leave you warm and are visible through clothing but these are great especially in summer.

Really wish I'd had them then. No more ruining underwear!! When you bleed on these, you just throw them away! They absorb a LOT, and they don't end up with odor. I wore them with leggings too, and you couldn't even tell. They don't feel like a diaper, and they don't look like one either!
