When going out, I usually find it hard to find a bathroom and on my way there, I would try so hard to control it and sometimes unsuccessful will little drops messing up my underwear. This product is absorbent and there is no odor after a little “accident.” It fits like a regular underwear so choose your size correctly. It's a lifesaver.

They are absorbent like the Always products I've used in the past. Some other brands leave you warm and are visible through clothing but these are great especially in summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Maximum Protection underwear are very effective. If you are experiencing bladder leaks, you can feel confident wearing these. I wore them around the house at first, and I am so impressed with how absorbent they are. And you do not feel like you are siting in wet underwear after some leakage, there is not an odor. These are very comfortable, and I really like that Always put the thought into the design to make them look as cute as possible, considering they are for bladder protection. It is nice to put on something that resembles underwear and has a little bow in the front. Very nice, these details matter. They fit perfectly and they are named perfectly "discreet". I would definitely recommend these because they work and I feel confident wearing them.

I was surprised that they were as comfortable as regular underwear and you couldn't tell I was wearing them through my clothes. They protected me well. I will definitely buy more when I run out

Much softer and more comfortable than the boutique discreet! And the white ones blend so much better with clothing than that peachy-orange. Also, If you are active and around people a lot, like me, it is so embarrassing if that orange ruffle pops out at the waistline 5 or 6 times a day! Please make the white ones more available, and easier to buy, in stores and online! I have very sensitive skin, and white ones feel so much better!

They don't bunch up and move freely with me throughout the day. I enjoy the coverage and protection provided. I having to use adult diapers to aid with bladder issues, these have made me feel like I am back to my old self and happy. I had no accidentally leaks or problems well using them. I am a happier person and more confident.
