I felt shame because I wanted/needed to use these especially working a 12 hour shift with a weak bladder. I don't feel like that no more no one but myself know I have them on and my confidence is great. I also bought these for my mother.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only are these discreet and cannot be seen under pants but they fit amazing. They do not clump or bulge. This product is very absorbent and can be used for both heavy leaking or just minor ,you can feel confident with these.

I've been suffering from heavy urinary leakage after having surgery on my pelvic muscles and unfortunately it didn't went well. As a male I had to make the big change in my lifestyle. Then I decided to make a transition from regular men's boxers to always discreet underwear. As a male I wear them if I want to keep my active lifestyle. I switched from men's underwear to feminine panties which are so absorbent and discreet under my clothes. It's better to wear protective panties than tape diapers as the special needs chided. Now I replaced all my regular men's underwear by always discreet boutique and always discreet sensitive underwear.

Why, oh why, did you change these? The pink underwear are definitely inferior to the white ones, as many people have pointed out. Your general response has been "give us a call". I don't see what that will accomplish, though perhaps you can refer us to a better brand. Please consider the pink underwear to be a failed experiment and return to the white version. Surely you can see that you are losing customers!

I have been wearing these for several years with no leakage problems at all. Then one night I got up urgently having to go. This time I didn't make it, I leaked all over the floor! I didn't know what had happened. It's like the legs are too BIG? I took a chance the next night, same thing happened! I still do not know what to think. I checked the legs & they look bigger than I remember< Has anyone else had this problem?

While I realize P&G designs & markets Always Discreet Underwear towards women, these underwear are excellent for me as a man with bladder leaks & urgency. Mainly used overnight & for situations away from restrooms. They are just like my regular briefs, are super absorbent, and are not noticeable at all. Much, much better than other disposable underwear supposedly “for men,” which don't work that well for me. I was told about Always Discreet by a female family member who loves them too. In my opinion, they are really unisex, despite being marketed to women. Thank you, P&G! A+ product!

My husband bought the new pink ones. I'm allergic to red 40. Your ingredient information does not include what makes them pink. I quit using 2 different pink underwear from different brands because I broke out. I'm trying the new pink, however I would like to know what color is used.

I remember when these first came out they were perfect. I could have atleast 3 accidents and they never leaked before changing. I like them better when they had the purple lining inside as well! Also please consider placing at least one tab on these , much easier for changing.

sorry i wasted my money now i have a opened bag and can not return them they are made too small ! should of know better but wanted to try them but now i just threw my money out the window not happy at all the weight on the bag does not read right at all
