I had to change these a lot when I miscarried. I couldn't even go more than an hour without bleeding through.. maybe that not quite what these are for. But that's what I needed it for. It was pretty much like have a large stiff pad on with mesh holding it up. Better than having a pad moving all around. It didn't fit over both my butt cheeks comfortably no matter what direction I put it on it seemed to go toward the middle.
