Too much padding it more like a diaper way too much too high in the back padding leg holes are too big. Should fit like panties. It is uncomfortable.

It fit good and wasn't noticeable under my clothes what it was. I get them for when I'm on my cycle so I can sleep without worrying.

These protective underwear do not protect you very well! I would not recommend them for heavy leaks or overnight protection!
