Like all incontinence underwear, these are not made small enough. These are the nicest ones I've tried but still too big. Unfortunately I've worn incontinence underwear for 10+ years and I'm only 30. I weigh 100lbs, my waist is 25" & I like tight pants like yoga pants. All "discreet" underwear is so bulky & way too big for me!! Someone please make some for us smaller people!!

I have MS and one of the symptoms is fecal incontience. Because all of the diapers I have tried in the past 11 years are noticeble when wearing pants, I have not been comfortable with them on. Today was my first day wearing Always discreet and pants. They are COMFY, and discreetttt.

I am so pleased I tried this product. It is so thin. I can finally workout in normal clothes again without having to tie a shirt around my waist. I feel good in my jeans and skirts again. I can not tell you how much I appreciate a product that is actually comfortable and discreet. Every company tells you that their product is those things but this is the first one that I find does. I did notice a very slight shuffle sound but very slight and I don't think anyone other than me notices. Great product!

I recently purchased a new package of the large for my mother, the number of garments increased from 17 to 19 in the package. The only problems is that the quality of the product has suffered. It is no longer as absorbent as when they first came out.

I am probably like all the other women in the world and not talk about our leakage but it happens and we have to keep dry so we try every product known to man! I have and I must say this product feels so much like my panties than any other out there! I have to wear these daily because I never know when I am gonna cough or sneeze and well you know what happens! I was so embarrassed before that I would not leave the house much because I always seemed to have a boo boo every time and all the other products I have tried made me look like I had a diaper on from behind and for a 40 year old lady it makes you feel so terrible! I now can leave anytime and wear shorter shirts because I get the protection just not the diaper look. If you need protection please try these out I promise you they will be a lifesaver to you just like they have been to me!

yay! this is the best disposable underware! since complications have gotten worse with my MS, i have needed the underware for nighttimes. the big name depends are like using a pad! trying other brands, i have found Always, and am SO happy with them! very good product, and has aided me so well. and i can have a good nights' sleep. thank you for such a good product!

Ian a man and I have this problem for some time and I have bin on other diaper on in the pass this is no diaper at all I feel OK with thin on that feel good on me and do The job to can you make thin for man to I feel safe with on for this problem of my I take med for it helps a lot to but having always on help a lot keep on the good job OK . I decided to try your product discreet underwear wow i was amazed how well they work and feel i fought bladder cancer and won ,it did leave a hole in my bladder other brands i was not happy with, i seen your brand on the shelf and said have nothing to lose in trying them, i am so happy i did I now go out on the town now and not be embarrassed before i just stayed home cause i was not comfortable with the other brand, so to always THANK YOU!!!!!!
