I have always bought this product and loved it until you made the change to the pinkish one! Never again will I buy! The change just ruined your product! The white one was much more absorbent, comfortable better fit and no smell! Please consider changing back to the original white one if you want to keep loyal customers.

I don't use them for bladder control. I use the Descreets for my cycles. I have very heavy cycles and I found that the Descreets are very helpful during my heavy cycles days. I don't have to worry about if I have messed up my clothes while I am out in public. The Descreets give me comfort and security during heavy cycles.

As for absorbency, Always is tops. No leakage. BUT as for fit, it's the bottom of the list for me. Your Small/Medium is too small, and your Large/ Extra Large too big. I weigh 147 pounds, am now only 5'2", but the Sm/Med is too short, only hugging my hips. And the puckered fabric is irritating my sensitive skin. I now use them only at night, and Silhouettes during the daytime. They fit, are comfortable, but not as leakproof. They are the Sm/Med size.

I am tired of deciding between guards that leak and underwear that is too bulky. Upon recommendation of a friend I put my macho aside and decided to try these. They are absolutely the most functional product I have tried! They do not leak when I do, they are incredibly comfortable, I don't feel wet after an episode (3 or 4 times a week) and although I try to change them ASAP, I am not uncomfortable if it takes a few hours to find a convenient spot. I can get over the design but the scent is slightly strong and very feminine. If always marketed these with another more neutral scent, they would be the only product I use.

It is reaffirming to see so many guys have actually tried these and found they worked, since I have changed over from my Depend Underwear for Men to these. Originally I bought these for my wife but when I tried one on I found it was extremely soft and comfortable - much more so than my normal brand. These are even more comfortable than the RealFit line. I asked my wife if she would mind me wearing these and she had no problem with it...after all she knows what my normal brand feels like. The padding extends far enough up in the front to really make these usable for guys and I don't find the scent to be too strong; it does mask the urine well. If Always does decide to make these for men, it would be a very welcome addition; thanks for a really nice product.

Switched couple of years ago from depends to Always Discreet and Always is Always there for you. Received a new package and the color has been changed to light blue. Nice and it appears to me the absorbency is even better. and so is the structure. Any improvement is Always appreciated. Thank you. Highly recommend this product for those of us in need.

I've been dealing with incontinence for quite some time, and have tried several brands. Since using Always undergarments/panty liners I will never use another brand. They are comfortable once you get that right fit and position on your body. They hold A LOT. I sometimes can go all night without changing and in the morning the panty is VERY HEAVY from usage and there was no leakage during the night. I've tried the Boutique but find I can only where them when going out for the day....never at night. I also use the #5 Long Panty Liners during the day. I recently had a radical prostatectomy for cancer leaving me with incontinence issues. I tried always discreet and was very impressed. The absorbent section rises high enough in the front to be very effective, The double leg guards provide extra security and the absorbent core distributes the wetness very well using all the capacity and locks it away. I especially like the trim fit and less bulk than other products.

Was so excited to hear that this product was becoming available as I had used this company's pads when having monthlies. Don't let the fact that their pads and other products are very good fool you here though. The positives about this product is the pretty design, especially the fact that they are smooth and not gathered in the back and that they are white instead of purple or peach colored as with other brands. They hold up to the wetness as described. They also fit comfortably, at first. The negatives are that after several ups and downs, they become stretched out. They are also more expensive than other brands. I would recommend them with the explanation of the difference in cost and usage, then leave it up to the individual to decide for herself.

My loved one does not do well with Always. They leak and sometimes leaves an odor. I have to clean up often. I do better with store brand maximum absorbent. But Always is very attractive and feminim looking versus the compeitor which looks like someone putting on color plastic cover from the cleaners.
