When I had my son I have no clue what diapers to choose. So naturally I tried them all. Other brands were either not the right fit and things would leak out of them. Sometimes when they got to full they would soak through his clothes. Now I wouldn't choose anything but pampers. They are an amazing fit. He is just learning to crawl and they mold perfectly to his body. During the night my son stays dry which makes me relieved he's getting a comfortable nights sleep. The quality is what makes pampers different from the rest.

At my baby shower I was gifted many different brands of diapers. None of them kept my baby (and her crib) dry as well as the Pampers did. That's a lesson you only need to learn once. A diaper that doesn't absorb is a waste of money no matter how inexpensive they are.

My daughter was born right in between newborn and premie sizes. These diapers are smaller than other newborn diapers so they fit great. They're soft, and they don't leak! The Huggies version didn't fit right and seemed to be cheaply made. The tabs would come open, they leaked, and they were so bulky they looked uncomfortable. I took them back to get the Pampers Swaddlers. These are the only diapers I use. The way they are designed just makes more sense.

I remember the first pack of Pampers Swaddlers that I bought for my newborn daughter. They hadn't existed when my son was born, so I was delighted to discover how amazing they were. The wide weave of the diaper lining allowed my daughter's bum to stay dry even after a diaper explosion and made diaper changing much easier and less traumatic for both of us. I was so thrilled with Swaddlers that I started giving them to friends as baby shower gifts!

These diapers would work well on a baby shaped like a rectangle but otherwise, not so much. The don't contour well around the legs and gap in the back. They are the only diaper with which we've ever had "blow-outs." Also they have a strange mesh like lining that always sticks to my so which cannot be comfy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the wetness indicator. This is helpful when changing the diaper/knowing when to change it. We also love how soft the diapers are. The only complaint is that occasionally the diapers leak up the back if not put on tight enough but for the most part this doesn't happen. Great product!

I'm a new mom and have had many different diapers given to me as gifts, and I'm definitely a Pampers snob. They are super absorbent for my little boy and I love how you can re-adjust the sides (my little one moves around and my husband needs a couple of attempts to get the diaper on right!). My only issue is that my little one was 10lbs 3oz when he was born, so he went straight into size 1, which doesn't have the cutout for the umbilical cord like the new born diapers have, and, because we had to fold the diaper over, we had many wet outfits due to the absorbency in the front. But, other than that, we love them!

I say "vital flaw" in reference to massive poo moments. I find that many other name-brand diapers have this sort-of elastic back to the diaper that "catches" the poo much better. Pampers have a horrible reputation with both my 9lb and 4lb baby of having poo-smeared-up-the-back moments for sometimes rather small amounts of poo. Its annoying. Otherwise, it's a great diaper and the newborn notch is a WONDERFUL feature.
