I hardly had leaks with my baby wearing pampers. My baby also never experienced diaper rash while wearing these. It has the barrier on the inside that helps with large loads and not leaking! I always buy new mom's pampers!

The diaper is very stretchy, my little one can move easily in it. It holds the bowel movements very well. I haven't gotten a blowout or leak from these diapers. The only thing that bothers me is I can smell the diaper, it has a perfume sent. I don't want my diapers scented.

They have are stretchy around the legs and waist so that makes them very comfortable for movement and they don't leak. I like the blue line indicator for wetness and these keep my baby's bottom dry so I know the skin is protected from rashes. There is absolutely a reason most hospitals choose these for newborns. They are a great value and I would recommend to anyone.
