If baby is thicker in the leg I recommend a bigger size! Never personally had a diaper rash with these however some have noted it due to the lotions/perfumes! Overall has a great blowout barrier and stretch in the back! Has tabs that show when time to size but etc!

They keep my baby dry and can hold even through the night. They seem super comfortable for baby as well. My only complaint is I wish they were a little softer, they are a little stiff to my liking but that's really a minor thing. Overall, I would recommend them to any mom!
