I am a senior and also a cancer survivor. I had radiation that damaged my bladder and lower bowel. I was recommended these by a friend, and am I ever glad I followed her advise,!! I like all of the features except comfort is lacking. The core feels bulky and bunched. Maybe it should be a narrowed a little. I've compared Poise and Always pads and switch between both. The core of the 360 fit feels like wadded up cotton between the legs other than that it beats out Depends and all off brand products. So now I need to find a product that have all the features of the 360 fit plus core comfort. Guess I'll be using the pads even though at times I need more.

I am a male college student who is often in 8+ hours of lectures without opportunity to use a restroom. These fit me perfectly and keep my clothes dry even when I can't make it to the restroom after classes. Many times have I wet myself and no one has ever found out. The pad is placed perfectly for men, so no worries of leaks! I suspect they would work great for bedwetting in teens as well!

My mom is under hospice. They provide similar underwire. But after just a week or so, we decided we needed to go back to always for mom. We hated that she was wearing underwater that leaked and left her constantly wet. I wish you would make a deal with hospice to be the underware they provide..

I'm a man and just tried Always Discreet Panties for the first time. I just think their great. They fit me so well and kept me dry. I like the gathers with the plastic around the leg to stop any leakage. It helped keep me dry. The padding inside is very comfortable. Also the scent is nice and keeps the urine smell away. I think I'll be wearing Always for a very long time. Being I'm a man I wasn't quite sure how the fit would be, but they were great. I would recommend these panties for any man or woman who need them. I've been dealing with incontinence for quite some time, and have tried several brands. Since using Always undergarments/panty liners I will never use another brand. They are comfortable once you get that right fit and position on your body. They hold A LOT. I sometimes can go all night without changing and in the morning the panty is VERY HEAVY from usage and there was no leakage during the night. I've tried the Boutique but find I can only where them when going out for the day....never at night. I also use the #5 Long Panty Liners during the day. I don't use them for bladder control. I use the Descreets for my cycles. I have very heavy cycles and I found that the Descreets are very helpful during my heavy cycles days. I don't have to worry about if I have messed up my clothes while I am out in public. The Descreets give me comfort and security during heavy cycles.

I am 48 years old and have Crohn's disease. At first I felt embarrassed even thinking about having to wear "adult pull ups" (as my granddaughter calls them). I am very pleased with your new always discreet underwear. They feel like cotton panties, they are so soft. I had no accidents while wearing them and they kept me feeling fresh all day. I have wore protective underwear for several years now and these are the best out there.
