I always love these because they're people who have problems with their bladders, maybe from having surgery or some lifestyle changes in which these help people who can't hold their liquid.

Much better, they truly do not leak. The others I was using leaked all the time and I constantly had to change not only my briefs but my slacks as well. I'm much happier with this brand. Marlene

Something has changed. The pad in the middle is NOT as absorbant as it was and what happened to the elastic on the legs. Looks like they forgot how to make this product.

My mom loves the way these fit--they aren't bulky under clothing and they fit close to the body, but they are not as absorbent as the other brand she's been using. She's had some leakage, which is NOT cool.

They work well and have double side wall liners to make sure no leaks. One problem for me is I'm between the 1x and 2x. But that isn't their fault. Very comfortable

For minor urine/fecal leaks, they work great. The fit is perfect. They are lightly scented, reminds me of coconut suntan lotion. The price is right. Unfortunately, I need to start buying products that don't leak at the sides.
