I've woken up soaked and my bed sheets soaked as well. They fit really good I just wish they were unscented. I woke up with no mess. This is so much easier than the putting 2-3 xl pads and so much more comfortable. 🩷

Though incentivized, my opinion is entirely my own. I received the Always discreet underwear. I had my mom try these for me because she wanted to try these out to see how they would fit. She liked them, but the fact that they were a little bulky and it felt like a diaper on her she prefers the pads over the full underwear.she said it did its job and it worked. But the feel in the comfort just wasn't for her. Her and I both use always products and feminine hygiene products from always. She just particularly did not like this, but it did its job.

They are as comfortable as they can be for what they are. The odor control is on point however, the scent is very overwhelming.

She tried them for when she went to visit my brother which is about a 5 hour drive there and back. She said they absorb pretty well and there's no leakage. She hasn't fully peed in them. Though this isn't something I personally need frequently at this point in my life, it does come in handy to have from time to time (think jumping on a trampoline, traveling, colonoscopy prep). The absorbency was great, the pad felt nice and thick and it definitely does it's job. I felt around the legs that it maybe rubbed a bit more than it should (but I have thicker thighs). They are priced at a decent price point and look much better than some of they older and more traditional disposable underwear and pads. In regards to odor, I feel it gave good coverage and I did not feel uncomfortable wearing them.

Recently my mother has been sick and having horrible coughing which causes her to have some bladder leaking. These came just in time, I gave her these and they helped her so much. It kept any wetness contained and away from her body so she could get up and change and not have a mess to clean up. These are a HUGE win and a game changer for sick time.
