They seem to be highly absorbant for those unexpected urine leaks. The fit also helps guard against any leakage for the underwear. I would highly recommend this product.

There is a slight scent on them also that isn't appealing. They didn't leak. 15 comes in a pack but they are an affordable price. I just wish they made bigger packs. I find they fit good, do not have an odor, seem to have good absorbency, and seem breathable! I havent had any issues if I could just get out of my head that I'm wearing a diaper! LOL

I use these overnight because regular pads just aren't enough now. They are comfortable and feel like regular underwear. They are not bulky and uncomfortable like I was afraid they would be. They are very absorbent and keep you feeling dry.
