When it does get wet the pad Will break apart some. The underwear did fit me. I have some concerns in that it fit just right for me. What about those r hat weigh more than me. These underwear are supposed to fit people within 100lbs. I am on the lower end.I would recommend them they do work.

I have had 2 C-Sections and they were the most important thing I packed for my second (going on 3rd) delivery. They don't rub or irritate the incision site. They are sturdy and don't leak and are much more comfortable than mesh hospital underwear!
