A much softer, more comfortable material that fits and works very well. Much better than even the more expensive brands similar to this great product.

i wasn't notified of a substitute being made. had i wanted undergarments that are too small i would have ordered. if making a substitute they should have been anoher brand vs a smaller size

Always briefs have really changed. They are soooo cheaply made now. No support at all for the incontinence sufferers. Will leave you wet and embarrassed.

After researching many brands, this one is at the top of my list They have a pleasant scent and the double elastic leg. They are less bulky and visible under clothing.

I'm buying a product. But they got a sorry way of making them. Those things scratch your back and plus you're behind too and it makes it sore. Both cans everything that always make cuz I don't talk to them and I sent them one back where that glue was literally on the inside the pants. And these that I bought here they just about the same way.

I have full bag of always discreet underwear.they are very very soft to wear and they have stand up leaks guards like you see in baby diapers and baby pull ups'.i got a pack of pampers and luvs diapers and I open pampers and luvs and I open always discreet underwear and I put the underwear beside pampers and luvs diapers and I whas shock' to always discreet underwear has the same soft padding as pampers and luvs diapers. I email always discreet and I send them a picture with pampers and luvs diapers open with always discreet underwear beside pampers and luvs diapers.always email mail me back saying they used ideas from pampers and luvs diapers because pampers and luvs works so great on leaks .I knew that's what always had done whas use ideas from pampers and luvs diapers.i will buy always discreet underwear again".

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Our order just came and it is NOT as pictured! The ONLY reason we ordered online is because they showed A BOX similar to what we ordered in the store except it had 2 white bags with 13 in each. We expected this box to have 4 white bags, not 2 long bags with 26 each. Our mother is VERY particular and she wouldn't use these unless we put in the white bags she's used to which we happened to save. This is a misrepresented product. Won't order it again. We'll have to brave the stores and buy them in the Box of (2) bags as we have been. Again...we are VERY DISAPPOINTED. May sound picky but she is. Thankfully, I didn't order 2. Completed misrepresented in the picture.

Love the fit, very comfortable. However, I do get leaks on the side of the legs .

I loved the comforte I loved everything but they leaked! Very fitting.

Better than any I have tried.
