So disappointed in this product. Out of the package, I was excited to get them on because they were so soft. As soon as I got them on, I was disappointed. The padding does not go from side to side. Just covers the middle and that's it. This causes leaks out the back. Extremely embarrassing! Definitely won't get them again!

Terrible and overpowering purfume smell. Not advertised as scented on front of package. Beware. On side of package (if you look for it) you will see an indication it is “lightly scented.” It is not. It is HIGHLY scented. So if you get sick from fragrances, or just don't want those toxic and endocrine disrupting chemicals on your body, do NOT get these. And no they are not naturally scented. Always uses synthetic fragrances.

I am more comfortable not having to worry about any spots showing up on my clothing. Yes, I am wearing them all the time, though I had not intended to. I am in an Assisted Living facility and have my meals in a dining room with others. This way I feel confident.

Just had bladder surgery, chose these because of the reviews and Always tends to carry quality products. They are fine for minor leaks while getting to the bathroom but for incontinence, these are no good. I leak all the way to the bathroom during the night, therefore, I am covered in urine. And have to wash, change clothes and wipes up floors before going back to bed

I am and always have been a heavy bleeder during my period and would bleed through a super tampon plus an always overnight pad. One day i saw these in the store and thought "what else is there to try?". Long story short I was amazed by how well these work!!! I can finally sleep all night without waking up every 5 hours or bleeding the bed!!! I would deffinately reccomend!!

I bought them for my mom while she had salmonella poisoning and wasn't always able to make it to the potty. They have a nice bow in front to make it easy to see the front and back, which is great for those in a hurry! When she had to go back to the hospital, she asked me to bring her these Always underwear because she hated what the hospital was using. No complaints from the miserably sick lady.

I used these for when I had my first c-section mainly for night time cuz pads suck at night for me. They are super comfy for me and no leaks. I'm buying them again for my next c-section I'm getting ready to have. I would sometimes wear them during the day just to feel better cuz the pads I had were so bulky and uncomfortable, and moved all the time! I might use these for periods down the road.. I always want to put in that I am not a heavy bleeder, even after my c-section so I don't know how they would be for someone who is a heavy bleeder.

The product "diapers" was good quality but!! This delivery was NOT DISCREET AS PROMISE ON THE SITE WHEN DELIVERING "PERSONAL" ITEMS! my neighbor and friends was over at my place when this was delivered! And I was not just assuming but due to the site "BELIEVING" THIS package would've came in a discreet BOX! BUT INSTEAD IT WAS LEFT RIGHT AT THE FOOT OF MY FRONT DOOR AND LEFT IN A OPEN BAG FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO SEE! THIS WAS EMBARRASSING
