I was put on some meds and now if I cough, sneeze or even laugh to hard I leak on myself so i went and bought a pack of these and the first time i had a coughing fit and #1 and it leaked all over me and my clothes it was so embarrassing. It was a waste of money.

They're comfortable and very absorbent. They're just like underwear, and you don't see them through your clothes. Overall, I really like them, they give you protection and are discreet.
