I normally buy Members Mark xxl underwear for men/women. Love them, but Sams Club stopped carrying on-line so I now have to find something else. Always brand is not true waist height. They are a little bit lower. I could handle that if I could keep them up. They are constantly falling down which creates more leaking. Very disappointed.

The special LeakGaurd design prevents leaks at the legs. The legs fit very comfortably. The overall design and fit of these underwear is really great. They fit smooth and look like real underwear which gives me more confidence wearing them. They are made out of a soft fabric and are not bulky at all. They are very comfortable to wear. I am happy with these underwear.
