They are soft and you use as normal undies but these are disposable and do hold and have absorbency. Fit its great and very comfortable especially to sleep and walk around and do errands. I feel like they should have asked your size before sending out a product like this. It was so uncomfortable I took it off shortly. It does have a slight scent so if your sensitive watch for that.
