I wear them under my clothes during the day sometimes for heavy flow days so I don't have leaks, and nobody can tell I'm wearing them.

I've tried many things but always seem to leak or have other problems like bunching or just feeling uncomfortable. I got these and was pleasantly surprised that they fit very comfortably with no bunching and quite discreet! There have been no leaking issues and I just feel so much better having the right fit and protection! These are soft material, they don't feel like I'm being squeezed or make my pants or belly area look frumpy. Overall I would recommend using this brand!

I will admit that I have a few leaks here and there that are hard to control especially with a slight cough or sneeze. These help save me from the embarrassment! These are also comfortable and not very showing.

They look great under my clothes and with jeans on you can't even tell that you aren't wearing a regular pair of undies. Now that I'm older I sometimes have issues with peeing while coughing and these underwear were great to wear while I was sick last week. I would definitely recommend these, they fit good and absorb well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Always Discreet for the protection they give me. I have basically a “dropped” bladder, I'm a bit overweight and I'm older. If I try to run or if I sneeze I am going to urinate in my pants. It can be a light leak to a good deal of urine. These underwear keep those leaks from being completely embarrassing. They keep the leak controlled until I can get to the restroom to fix things. I am actually wearing one as I type this because I have a cold and every time I cough, I pee!
