My family member just had surgery and she wanted something similar to what the hospital gave her to wear in case she had any concerns. This product was very comfortable and did not hurt her incision. It also provided backup in case she had any mobility issues. This product was very absorbent and provided great leak protection.

They fit perfectly, soft & comfortable like wearing underwear. She was afraid it would look like a diaper, it did not. You couldn't even tell when she had them on under jeans. Very absorbant. I tried getting her another brand and they didn't fit her well and they were bulky. She loves these. I highly recommend.

Felt smooth and silky, I didn't notice I was wearing it that much. As far as coverage and absorbability go, it is very absorbable, just not fully covered if an accident should happen. They do leak a bit. But over all am throughly happy with this product!

You step in and slip off just like real underwear. They are made to look discreet under clothes so no one knows you are wearing them.
