These are comfy and absorbent, however, i tried them for heavy abnormal menstrual cycles and they just dont hold up to the Always pads.

If you need incontinence underwear, these work well. They do not hold as much liguid as some other brands (Tena), but they are more discreet.

The Always is for my 98 year old mother with very thin sensitive skin. She has never complained of discomfort because they are comfortable and soft.
