These are great for when my periods get heavy. They stay in place and I don't have to worry about leaks overnight. They're also comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing one sometimes.

This is what I use every month, I have no problem of it being leak. And it's have a clean scent. And it's thin. So it's doesn't show the pad line when I wear legging.
