well these are good for the night of daily if you have a really heavy flow. I use these to sleep in and they are good, although I do a few times end up bleeding thru tho

These are great for when my periods get heavy. They stay in place and I don't have to worry about leaks overnight. They're also comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing one sometimes.

These pads are more comfortable to me then other pads if you have a heavy flow and need a pad for after birth when u need something to sleep in to know you won't leak
