We usually use all free and clear products in our home due to allergies. I was able to drop a small amount (about 1/2 the recommended dose) of the in wash odor shield to give a small amount of fragrance to our clothes with out bothering allergy sufferers. I have tried many fabric softeners and none have worked quite as well as this product. I use it on blankets and towels and it is long lasting. The scent is fresh and not overwhelming. I received it for free as a part of a Vox Box for influenster and I will definitely be a customer now. I was not paid for this review. Buy some and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Downy Fresh Protect With Febreze April Fresh In-Wash Odor Defense Beads, 30.3 oz. I love this product. I don't know why my sins clothes smell like a wet dog but they do. I bought these to help with the odor. They work really well. Your clothes smell fresh for days.

I was able to try the Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own. I was given samples of the April Fresh scent. They are a nice pink color but I was concerned that they look a bit like candy especially since the package was clear. As for the product itself, It smells good and does the job it says it will.

I really love the concept of deodorizing clothes while they are washing; it is an innovative and effective idea. They are easy to sprinkle inside of a front load washing machine and they dissolve quickly while in the washing machine. I also only use half a pack per load. When I take my clothes out of he washing machine, there is a noticeable difference. Usually there is a hint of detergent and I rely on the dryer sheets to add a little more scent to my clothes, but now my clothes smell wonderful straight out the washing machine! My whole laundry room smells great. They smell even better out of the dryer once the clothes are dry. I don't even need to put the clothes up to my nose to get the scent, it just lingers and makes any room I am folding in smell great. My whole room smells amazing for days after washing my bedding and everywhere I go I smell great. The scent really lingers for a long time and I love it. I would recommend these to anyone. This product is amazing, I recorded three packages for testing purposes and can't wait to purchase more! I had a certain pair of pants my boyfriend hates because of the fabric smell so I thought why not try these out on them?! Needless to say he was impressed, and I can keep wearing my favorite pants!

I washed my clothes with these beads about a week ago, I am wearing a dress from that load of laundry today and it still smells amazing. I really enjoy the scent and it definitely lasts, and it makes your clothes feel extra fresh, especially in this gross summer heat. I would definitely buy these. The fresh protect odor-shield made my clothes smell amazing! In fact, it made my whole house smell good as my clothes were washing. I love the smell of this and how it makes my clothes smell great. I just don't think it lasts the 12 weeks like it's advertised. If it's not the last a little longer it would be phenomenal but I have to use it every time I wash clothes to get that smell. But I highly recommend it
