I didn't know if I would like this product. I'm general dye and fragrance free with most of our laundry products. I also wasn't sure about how this would work but somehow, it does. The fragrance is nice and not overwhelming which is important. I recommend using on your athletics...our machine has a separate cycle for them and it's easy to still keep it separate from baby clothes but have the gym/soccer/dance stuff nice and fresh. The bonus is that the gym/dance bags all smell good too. Keep out of reach of kids! They look like dippin dots. I received a sample of this product free for testing and review. I've been using Downy Fresh Protect on our linens for some time now because I love how fresh they keep the sheets and blankets even after weeks in the drawer. I've now used the April Fresh odor shield in a load of linens and a load of extremely stinky work clothes. Both loads came out smelling fresh and clean, and after a week in the drawer they are still crisp and clean. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes but all opinions are my own.

I received a sampling of the April Fresh pink beads to try in exchange for my honest opinion. I was pleasantly surprised how well these worked yet I was not a fan of how overbearing the scent was It almost gave headache due to the strength of the smell. Plus side was when I washed a load of towels last weekend and my towels were still smell fresh today. I often struggle to get my towels, bedding and workout/yard clothes smelling fresh. This did work, but I am unsure how I feel about the chemicals that are added to make that scent and keep it lingering. I would recommend this, but I may shop around for other options as well.

I thought I was going to have to wash some nasty towels a few times for them to ever smell good again. Then I got these in the mail and tried them out. One and done my towels smell great. I love the April fresh scent so much I cut into the side of one pack and Hung it in the closet so everything in there smells great now too . I have 2 dogs that sit on my couch I love my dogs but don't like the dog smell, I used downy fresh protect with febreeze April fresh scent in the wash with my couch cover it came out smelling amazingly fresh with no dog smell it's been 4 days and it still smells great. I've also used it on my sheets and towels I absolutely love the scent it's not overbearing and just a pleasant refreshing scent. I would 100% recommend this product I received a sample to try for free my review is my own based of my experience and I will be buying in the future and continue to use this product.
