Gary, we're sorry the seam is falling apart as you put the diapers on your child. We check our diapers many times through the manufacturing process to make sure every box is as perfect as the one before. If your baby is near the upper end of the weight range, we'd recommend moving up. If not, then it's possible your recent purchase is not up to our quality standards.
