Your paper towels are the best They are strong and work like dishcloths or sponges. They are not wasteful and one towel sheet really gets the job done. I love your extra soft towel which are soft enough to wipe a child's face and feels like cloth. They are strong enough that my fingers dont poke through while using.

Bounty and Dawn are not the same quality as in the past. I was always loyal to both products and purchased with confidence and didn't mind paying more. Bounty is like a generic paper towel now and Dawn dish soap no longer cleans well either (does not cut grease and no longer thick). Used to be the ultimate best, not anymore. I am paying a premium price for what used to be premium products. I have contacted Procter and Gamble several times and all they offer is sympathy and coupons and will not admit that anything as far as the quality has changed.

We have used Bounty Paper Towels, 40 years, and Napkins, 3 years, as you can see for quite a few years! BUT lately have found that the towels when useing to clean windows and/or mirrors they are leaving quite a lint residue, which they never used to do! Can this be corrected? I certainly hope so as I am starting to look around for a paper towel that does not leave all this lint that you have to go back and try to get rid of. I am a person of habit and do not like changing to new products so therefore have continued useing Bounty products, but the frustration of having to re-clean a mirror or window is getting to me, never mind the cost! Look forward to a better towel or a remedy to my problem. Thank You for letting me vent!

I think you should know by now that the quality of the Bounty Select-a-Size paper towels has changed, for the worse. Please not ruin the Bounty Paper Napkins too. I think I will have to ration out the stash of paper napkins I have because the next ones I buy might be degraded like the paper towels I just bought. I have been a faithful user of the towels and napkins and have recommend them to friends. I wondered why anyone would use any other brand. Did your company really think that consumers would not notice the obvious and unwelcome changes to the paper towels? (rough, thinner, poor absorption, diffident to pull off the roll) I assume this is a cost cutting measure but this is different than downsizing. The product has changed and is no longer something I like to use. That is too bad. Please change it back--find the old formula-- so I can again buy Bounty paper towels with confidence in the quality.

I use these daily while cooking and cleaning and I find myself using less sheets than I would with an off brand. These paper towels specifically have pretty big sheets so I find myself tearing them in half a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These paper towels are heavy duty. When using these paper towels you don't have to use an entire roll to clean up a spill. It is thick enough that you can use 1-2 sheets and the spot with be dry. I recommend!

I have always loved bounty paper towels. I use them to clean up all kinds of messes. I especially liked when they came out with the select a size. I do have a complaint about your commercial- if you spill something most people will start wiping at end of the spill and wipe it back away from where it was headed.

I have been using Bounty as my preferred paper towel for as long as I can remember. (Maybe late 70s) The "better Picker upper" is no more!!! So sad that you have continuously decreased the quality of what was once an exceptional product. I have to waste the first 4-6 sheets because the layers separate and stick when starting a new roll. And the absorption is also decreased. The towels break apart or seem to just dissolve quickly into the clean up. WHY????

Back in college, Bounty paper towels were all I used. I once cleaned our EXTREMELY dirty microwave (which hadn't been cleaned all year, yuck!) with only ONE Bounty sheet!!! It was pretty epic. I wanted to frame it..but that might have been a little weird, even by college standards. Having moved out of my parents' house several years ago, I've tried several different brands (mostly the cheap ones, hey it's hard out here on my own!), but nothing compares. I am always more than happy to splurge a little extra to get the paper towels that I know will last me much longer than any of the others. I am a Bounty fan forever!
