Bought the 12 BIG roll pack and was surprised to find that my paper towels weren't seemed together and the rolls fell apart when I opened the pack. Instead of one double sheeted towel, I got a roll of single layers that didn't hold up too well while trying to clean my house!

I have often purchased Bounty towels in the past without any problems. However, I purchased Bounty towels with the print on one side and plain of the other. The color of the print comes off on the surface you are trying to clean! I wiped off my phone cradle and purple color was smeared all over it. It also happened while I was cleaning my white kitchen cabinets. I don't know if this is just a bad run of towels or if Bounty needs to look into whats going on. I would not buy them again if this is the standard.

I have tried other paper products before and none of them work as well as bounty. I'm glad to finally have found a company that acctually knows what they are doing, and also understand the help that a house wife needs in the kitchen. Thank you Bounty!

Select-a-sheet toewls were a great product but they have vanished from the market. I can't recommend them to a friend because they don't exist. I have gone to over 30 stores looking for them. It upsets me so much when I have a product I love and use all the time and it gets taken away...just don't get it. I now buy cheap awful select-sheets from the dollar store - you're losing my business.

I have never been particularly amazed by a usual household product before. I've always expected Bounty to get the job done and it does. However, today I knocked over my soda, spilling about half of it all over the carpet. I grabbed the closest roll of Bounty and started dabbing. After only 2 minutes and about 10 sheets of Bounty, my carpet was perfectly dry and without stain. It was pretty awesome. :)

I love Bounty better than any other brand. I use Bounty for simple spills and even heavy cleaning. Bounty is so durable my husband uses them as handkerchiefs to wipe his sweaty brow at work. When I do the lanudry I have found several sheets of Bounty that survived the washer and dryer. Bounty never ceases to amaze me. You should really drop the word "paper" and just call them "TOWELS". Thank you Bounty.

i started using the basic bounty when the economy starting going down hill. i thought no more good stuff for me,now only the cheap stuff. well bounty basic is just as good as the reg. bounty. i am delighted that even i can afford to still get the good stuff. thanks bounty.

I have always used Bounty paper towels ... almost exclusively. The times that I have tried other paper towels I have not been as satisfied and have always come back to Bounty. One thing I have always liked is their seasonal paper towels. I look forward to buying the Halloween, Fall, Christmas and winter paper towels. Unfortunately I can no longer find them. I am very disappointed. If I come across another brand that sells decorated paper towels, it may be the time for me to switch. :(

We use the white Bounty Select-A-Size paper towels. A few days ago when I was taking clothes out of the dryer I found one-half of a paper towel and it was completely intact. Then I found the other half and it too was completely intact. These paper towels are amazing! They survived going through a complete wash cycle and a complete cycle in the dryer! They are so strong that they survived and I could actually use them again if I had to. Great Product - And whoever thought of creating the Select-A-Size is a genius!

I have always been willing to pay a little more for Bounty paper towels because the quality of the product more than made up for the extra cost. Now that you have changed the quality and quantity of the product being offered, I will have to look for an alternative. Generic quality at a name brand price has no value.
