For over 35 years, cleaning up after kids and pets, washing windows, wiping down the kitchen and blinds, I ALWAYS paid more for Bounty, it was soft, thick, strong and absorbent, unlike any other brand. Recently I was shocked in the drastic change to a thin, scratchy, non-absorbent towel that breaks apart and leaves trails of paper lint on any surface I try to clean. Your replies to other loyal customers like myself who have complained about these huge changes(that they were imagining them or they missed quality control at the factory) are short-sighted and insincere. Really, did you think we wouldn't notice these huge changes? And are you ignoring the fact that shoppers already have a dozen choices for scratchy, thin, non-absorbent and fragile paper towels…all at a fraction of Bounty's cost?

I am a loyal customer of Bounty paper towels and Charmin Toilet paper but noticed that you have "shrunk" the size of the rolls in 2021, but the price remains the same. I would gladly pay more for Bounty instead of purchasing smaller rolls and replacing them more often, the roll size went from 12-120 sheets per roll to 12-108 sheets per roll and the package still says 12=26 rolls. Other package sizes also have been reduced.

I thought my husband accidentally bought a store brand paper towel, but was shocked when I realized it was Bounty's new triple ply select a size that we always buy. Good heavens… the Bounty paper towels are now very coarse, scratchy and worst of all THIN! They are less absorbent. A tissue would work better! Please, please change it back! We've been buying Bounty for decades, but I would be hesitant to buy it again if the quality does not improve. I called Bounty's 800 number to leave feedback also.

I have used Bounty for as long as I can remember. However, recently I cannot find full size sheet Bounty, only select-a-size. I will only use full sheets because they do not tear apart when I am trying to use a sheet to clean with. Select-a-size will tear down to the small half-sheet every time I try using the towel for anything more and wiping up liquids. Therefore, I have decided to go to Brawny Towels because they are the only ones offering full size sheets. Bounty is a good towel but not offering what I need. Bye Bounty.

I have been using nothing but Bounty paper towels for 45 years. I don't mind paying more for them because they are (or were!) the best. My last purchase of 10 Full-Sheet Triple Rolls is awful. The towels have a much more "papery" and rough consistency, and they are not as durable. I noticed the difference right away, as soon as I opened the package. I then compared a "new" roll to a roll that I had remaining from my previous purchase, and there is definitely a big difference in the way the sheets feel. I cleaned my bathroom today with a "new" roll, and the sheets are definitely not as durable. The "old" towels felt and cleaned more like cloth and didn't fall apart. Did you think that your longtime and very loyal customers wouldn't notice? I am very disappointed and will have to resort to trying other brands. I've rolled with the various changes to Bounty over the years, but this latest change is the pits.

I have been disappointed lately re: the select-a-size not being available. A couple similar to my age were both hunting for the select-a-size and were both going to write to Proctor and Gamble to find out why it is no longer available. I did not want to purchase another brand.

Like others here, I've been using Bounty for years but over the past year or so quality has gone downhill. Sheets are thinner, rougher, weaker! I can put my finger right through a wet towel without even trying whereas before they were so strong they were almost like a piece of cloth. Even the embossing of the word "Bounty" is more superficial and not as deep as it was. I came across an old roll that was tucked away and when you compare the sheets the difference is obvious. Why bother paying more when I can get another brand for less with the same quality as Bounty is now.

I got on the bounty website so I could order FULL size bounty sheets in a double roll, I use them for my cleaning business. The 1/2 size sheets don't get the job done. I'm disappointed that I'm unable to buy paper towels from the company on their own site and was directed to a "near by" store that might possibly have the product I'm interested in. The "near by" store was a two hour drive away. I like the full sheet double roll because it fits in my cleaning caddy, Having a full sheet means I only need one sheet to wipe down the counters and sink and one for the toilet. I have had to use two 1/2 sheets on occasionally, but the perforated sheets separate while using and they become a pain to use. I guess I'm going to have to switch brands and go with my second choice of paper towel, one the stores carry full sheets for, Viva.

I am not able to find full sheets of bounty paper towels in any stores here in Tri Cities Washington. So very disappointed. I will not purchase the select a size they are too small and if I use two they tear apart at the perforation. Just do not work.

Your full sheet paper towels in the larger packs have been hard to find. I finally was able to buy them and have to agree with a previous review on what happened to the quality of the item. It is no longer as soft or as absorbent. I'm really disappointed! What happened to your manufacturing process and quality control?
