Have been using Bounty towels for almost 20 years, and have always purchased the Select-A-Size multi-pack. In the last 2 packs, the towels don't tear off correctly. About half way across the roll, they start to tear, leaving you with half a towel in your hand, half on the roll. You have to use 2 hands to tear off a paper towel. I have always liked Bounty's durability and the "feel" of the towel, but will start buying other brands once my current pack runs out.

I work as a chief officer aboard large container ships. The company provides us with generic paper towels, but I always stock up on bounty. I always keep one in my pocket while on deck daily inspecting the ship. I also keep one handy on the bridge to clean optics or spills or whatever. I can say they work great for those jobs, but there is a real test showing Bounty's superiority. I tend to forget my pockets when I do laundry aboard ship. Many times I accidentally wash my uniforms with a Bounty in one pocket, and the ship's towels in the other. After the wash, the generic towels have turned to a ball of lint-covered mush. The bounty however, Comes out clean and intact. I usually just fold it up and stick it right back in my pocket. I have never tried to see how many times you can wash a Bounty before it disintegrates, but it might be a fun experiment. -DWW Also my mom bought nothing but Bounty her whole life.

I really enjoy bounty, I have been using it for years. Lately when I try to pull a towel from the roll its not perforated well, its seems it does not want to come apart and then I end up with a streamer of paper towels. Did you change the way you perforate the towels???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used other paper towels in the past. My mom only uses Bounty. When I was helping her clean around the house or using Bounty in the microwave, then I understood why she purchased Bounty and not another paper towel. Now I only Bounty. However, during football season, the Bounty prints couldn't be used in the microwave. So I used more fuel in my vehicle to drive to different stores so that I could buy solid white Bounty. We even use Bounty for drawer liners.

Like all the other reviewers here, I have not been able to find the full sheet paper towels and I really miss it. The select-a-size is the wrong size! One sheet is too small and putting two sheets together doesn't work because it splits in the middle is soon as I start using it. Bounty always took pride in being the most absorbent paper towel, and rightfully so. But if you put two select-a-size sheets together, they split as soon as they get wet and it doesn't work. People are buying the select-a-size now because they have limited choices, but we really want the full sheets back.

I have used Bounty paper towels for a good many year's, don't care to try any other one's, have them handy so don't have to go far to find them, and use for cleaning messes, use on mirrors, and windows, what ever needs shined up, or wiped up. They are the best!

The latest package of Bounty select a size paper towels that I bought are two ply and NOT what I have previously purchased. they are not as strong as the old bounty, they do not tear cleanly at the perforations. I am wondering if you have changed all bounty products to this lesser quality paper towel? I have used bounty all my adult life and this is the first time I am disappointed with the product to the point of finding another brand to use. I would appreciate a response...do you still make the old bounty single ply...that is the product I know?

I LOVE the durability of Bounty. I can clean my kitchen counters with 1 small select a size sheet. Yes, I have a small kitchen. The sheet holds up to rinsing more than once during a wipe down and gets my counter tops clean. The only surface I don't use bounty to clean is windows/mirrors. There is a little lint left behind so i'll stick with my cheap coffee filters. Bounty is must in my house and in my Pre-k classroom. Students can clean up their own spills. Doing so fosters independence and responsibility. Plus, 1 sheet of Bounty tackles the wettest and gooiest of messes.

I have two small indoor dogs and this is the ONLY papertowel I use to clean up after them. It is thick and absorbent. The other brands are thin and require multiple towels to clean up a small mess, but not Bounty. All I need to get the job done is one or two! I won't buy anything else!!

My boyfriend uses bounty paper towels to blow his nose... guess he hasn't found a tissue strong enough. At any rate he left a couple in his pocket. These went through the washer and dryer and came out in one piece! I'm sure if it had been any other paper towel it would've fallen apart and ruined the load
