I've been using Bounty paper towels for years; so, generally, I would recommend them. However, the most recent package I bought is disappointing. When I opened it, I found that the paper towels seem to be narrower as they get closer to the cardboard, and the cardboard is set in from the edge of the paper towels. This causes the roll to not stay on our paper towel holder; it often falls off! This happened to be a 2-pack, and both rolls are like this. What happened to Bounty's quality control?

I can not use any other paper towel on the market. Bounty is lint free and absorbs on contact. Other seems to smear the mess around. I love that I can rinse and reuse the same towel over and over again saving me time and money. Thank you Bounty for such a fabulous product for a busy family of 5.

I love the select a size rolls, but lately can not get them to tear off where they are suppose to and they seem thinner than before. Did you change them? I sure hope we just got a bad package cause if not I will try something else. We have bought them for years and I hate change.

I've used Bounty towels for many years. The towels I purchased recently are noticeably different and inferior to the last package. I even compared two sheets side by side, one from the older package and one from the newer. The newer ones are stiff, less absorbent and very rough. It used to be soft and very absorbent. Why did P & G ruin a very good product? Please bring back the original formula.

We have been a loyal customer for years. Last package we bought from the local Walmart has changed my mind. ALL the rolls were not packaged in the outer sleeve correctly, Each and every roll had the last 6-8 sheet loose and had to be rewrapped or thrown away. Time to look for a diiferent brand.....

I stock up on bounties and can never use another friend. During the pandemic when bounty paper towels were hard to find, we used drugstore companies and it was the worst experience of my life. Bounty it's a number one paper towel that actually absorbs and in my opinion can actually do what it's meant to do. I'd rather use a towel then a different brand of paper towels again.

I didn't realize how much a brand can make a difference when it comes to paper towels, until the store was out of these and I bought another brand. These paper towels were much better in almost every way compared to another brand I tried. Bounty makes quality paper towels.

Bounty's claim that “Bounty is 2X more absorbent” is no longer a true statement. The quality of the paper towels with the new prints they rolled out a few months ago has gone down dramatically. The paper towels tear easily and are not as absorbent as they used to be. Also, the new prints are very unattractive. It appears overall Bounty has cut down on product quality while raising the price. Bounty also used to offer holiday prints, but appears to no longer do so, which is disheartening. I have been a loyal Bounty customer for over 20 years, but it appears I will have to start looking at other brands. It is extremely disappointing.

My husband, for whatever reason, had two Bounty paper towels in his jeans pocket but I didn't check the pockets before tossing them into the washing machine. Those jeans went through a full wash cycle and then were tossed into the dryer going through a full cycle. When I extracted the jeans from the dryer, the two Bounty paper towels had worked their way out of the pocket and they were still in one piece each. Anytime else, if you accidentally washed and dried a couple of paper towels, they would fall apart and not be recognizable as paper towels. These two towels were still strong and usable. Thanks for making a great product!

We've used Bounty for years. This last batch of 12 rolls of SKU 37000 81451 proved how easily we can be fooled by a slightly different package. It looks almost the same but the towels are thin, hard and not very absorbent. Our fault for not being more careful---perhaps. But I believe your company needs to differentiate its products well enough so that your customer (who buys once every couple of months), can pick up a package and go. Shouldn't have to read the fine print. One more package of this stuff and we're moving to a different brand.
