I have used Bounty paper towels for many years and been very happy with them. However recently the paper quality has undergone small changes and this last time I bought the paper towels, they were very harsh to the feel; had lost their usually softness and were very disappointing. I don't know why the change but I will be looking for a different product from now on.

Somehow a bounty paper towel ended up on my driveway. I kept seeing it when I pulled my car in the garage but we were having severals days of stormy weather and it is was already soaking wet. Imagine my surprise when I went out and picked it up and it peeled up off the the concrete still all in one piece! Now that is strong!

I agree with "What Happened to Bounty Towels?" Bounty has been my choice for over 40 years. However, I am very disappointed with my last purchase because the quality is not there: They are thinner and fall apart as soon as they get wet. Sad to say, I will be trying other paper towels if my next purchase is the same.

For years we have used Bounty paper towels. It seems that you have cheapened up the product. We have always been satisfied with the softness and the absorbincy but the last one we bought have had a hard surface just like some of the other cheaper brands. We were very disappointed with the product.

I've used Bounty towels to make my own body wipes (using filtered water, castile soap, vitamin e and essential oils) for quite some time. No other towel worked as well as the Bounty towels. They were thick and absorbant, making a strong body wipe (or baby wipe). I recently purchased a 12 pack, thinking I was stocking up for a long time. Boy have I been disappointed in these latest towels! They're thin and weak, creating wipes that rip apart when used. I didn't mind paying more for Bounty since they were so thick and strong, but I am now looking for an alternative to use for my wipes. I will no longer be purchasing Bounty. I also use them for daily cleanups, and have found these new towels to be stiff, and much less absorbant. They also don't tear apart well anymore. Why do companies always end up going cheap? Don't they realize they will end up making less money in the long run because consumers will stop buying their cheaper made products!

I've been using Bounty towels for years and prefer them over any I've tried. The problem is that I prefer the prints (mainly the sunflower one) and now the only ones I can find are those ugly geometric ones. I HATE those!! Please bring back some pretty ones and preferably the sunflower one!! I'd hate to go to another brand, but it is an option!!

The last Bounty towels we bought were like toilet paper. No.... toilet paper may be stronger. I don't know what happened but they were almost useless. They separated when trying to remove them from the roll. Tore everywhere but the perforations. An earlier 6 pack had only one roll of this trash. The next 6 pack we bought had 4 like this. I haven't opened the next 6 pack yet but if any are like this I will throw them all away and change brands. We always liked Bounty so I hope this problem has been fixed otherwise it is just a waste of money to purchase them.

A 6-roll package of Bounty towels comes in a fairly sizable amount of plastic packaging. Most large companies these days are sensitive to environmental concerns, and most plastic packaging displays recycling triangles that indicate the packaging can be returned at store drop-off points. I can't find any such recycling indicators on Bounty product wrapping, and assume it's not recyclable, which seems a good reason to consider other brands.

We have been buying bounty for years but this last package had 2 defective rolls. When my husband went to put the roll on our paper towel holder the layers kept seperating and it took most of the roll to be able to pull a towel off that was actually both sheets. We ended up losing almost 2 rolls of towels, this has never happened before.

I have a four-year-old little boy who loves to make messes, which he doesn't mean to of course. Bounty cleans up his messes soooo good and sometimes can even re-use after rinsing them out! The best part is that my son loves to help me clean up!! :) Thanks so much!
