After a couple of months, the liquid became very thick like pudding and was difficult to pour from the container. When I put the recommended amount in the softener dispenser, I added the required amount of water as recommended by my washing machine instructions. It was almost impossible to combine the water and softener.

I'm used to using a different brand; however when I got this and tried it my clothes came out of the wash NOTICEABLY softer and wrinkles released much easier. I've been hanging my laundry to dry during climate weather, and the wrinkles even disappeared when hanging. I'm very pleased with the results and will continue to use this brand and type. Also it smells pleasant but not overpowering. I also have sensitive skin and I have had no rashes or anything occurring when I use this. So it's gentle on skin, softens and wrinkle guards my laundry whether or not I hang it or dry it in the dryer, it also smells good and is a tremendous value.

I love Downy and that's the only fabric softener I will use but I would always forger to grab this one. Well I'm impressed!! Sometimes I will hang out some clothes after washing them instead of using my dryer, I didn't like how some pants would look stiff! So with this fabric softner the pants are soft and Wrinkle free! Grab it!!

The conditioner is white in color. It doesn't take much for a load. The top is pretty cool. It looks like a rose. My clothes seem a little less wrinkled, but if you leave them in the drum awhile, they still wrinkle. Overall, I recommend it.
