I use this softener and keep my clothes smoother and less wrinkled. But I must mix it with the free and gentle product. I I have allergies to most perfumes and dyes. Downy should bring back the unscented version Downy makes too many scented products, I have to move away from people (who are wearing fragrance on transit this is difficult because I'm disabled.

I think everyone has at least one or two articles of clothing that, no matter how fast you take them out of the dryer, looks like it's been wadded up at the bottom of a laundry basket for a decade. Not me, not anymore, not since I found this! I'm not sure what it's made of but I imagine it must be unicorn tears or something of that nature because it's magic in a bottle. On top of being wrinkleless, my clothes are soft and smell amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this fabric softener called Downy Wrinkle Guard. It offers all day wrinkle protection and has a fresh scent. It reduces wrinkles right out of the dryer and enables easier ironing. It claims to allow wrinkles to fall out over time when hanging clothes. This is a great feature for me as I hang all my dress shirts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best conditioners I've used. It softens as expected and smells nice. One of the issues I had faced with previous conditioners from Downy was that they were too thick and thus harder to pour (perhaps used to get coagulated over time). This one is not as thick and much more consistent as a liquid conditioner. I've been able to see some effects of this wrinkle release conditioner but I'd still say that the best ways to release wrinkles is in the dryer using dryer balls as well as promptly taking things out of the dryer before they get wrinkled.

I have definitely had a decrease in ironing and my clothes do not get as wrinkled during the day from wearing. I also love that this has a fresh smell. I really like the scent also, not too strong, but just enough to leave your clothes smelling fresh. I would definitely recommend this product for all of your hanging items at least. Saves you from having to get out the iron!

The product works as well as previous Downy products but the new and ridiculously large cap is a deal breaker. Why would anyone want to make a product more difficult to store by increasing the height of the cap? I have a front loader with a drawer for storing detergent and the new cap makes it impossible to store upright due to the increased height of the product. The new cap size serves no useful purpose so please consider returning the cap to a useable size.
