I had a small bottle of this and unfortunately did not run into the thick gunky goo at the bottom of the bottle before ordering this large size. I should have looked up the reviews, I usually do. Downy has before been a premium brand of clothes softener, so I didn't check reviews. I did not notice any improvement to clothes using this. It smells nice.
