Crest 3D white strips are probably your best and gentlest option to whiten teeth but this mouth wash is horrible! It does not whiten and it taste horrible!

Have been using this for several months, have not noticed my teeth getting any whiter. Also keep bubbling In your mouth long after you finish rinsing making you need to rinse with water.

I use this in combination with the corresponding toothpaste. I have been using it for years, and always get compliments on my white teeth. It really makes your mouth feel clean and healthy too. It keeps my teeth bright and shiny!

It's amazing! It whitens my teeth! I use it along with Crest 3D White Glamorous White Toothpaste!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so awesome!!!!!!! I recommend for people who want a whiter smile! :)

Great stuff and actually works. When I got my teeth whitened this was a great way of helping me to maintain the movie star white glow. Pair with the Colgate optic white it does the job phenomenally. Def recommend this stuff!

This is a really good whitening mouthwash. I use it in conjunction with my 3-D white toothpaste and I really see a difference in the whiteness of my teeth. It also freshens my breath nicely.
