Still has some "spicy" zip, although diminished compared to traditional alcohol-based mouthwashes. My kid and I have both enjoyed using this, and it leaves breath feeling and smelling fresh. While the mouthwash claims a whitening property, I have been using it for a couple weeks and likely not long enough to notice a difference to test that claim just yet. Overall--we like it and will continue using it!

after a couple uses i definitely noticed a few shades difference in my teeth. the flavor is a bit more pleasant than other mouthwashes, but still not very good. i would recommend this product as a long term use rather than a quick solution to yellow teeth.

I use the mouth wash once a day for the past 3 weeks and have seen a significant difference in the yellow tint to my teeth! I find this one of the easiest ways to whiten my teeth! This Crest 3D White Fresh Mint Mouthwash works well. I didn't see any improvement with the whitening, which is why I got this mouthwash in the first place. I liked the mint flavor, but I didn't think it made my mouth feel as clean as my regular mouthwash. I wouldn't recommend this for whitening your teeth.

I am able to use it and not worry about the next time I eat a cold scoop of ice cream. It does burn my cheeks during the gurgling process though. But the pain is worth it.

I have been using the products for a week and am very pleased to already see positive results. I will continue to use and update as the final results come around.

I’ll start by saying the aftertaste of this is awful and it feels slimy. I always have to rinse my mouth out immediately after use. But I can see the noticeable difference in my smile. I just wish it gave that clean feeling like traditional mouthwashes.

I do like the results of this mouthwash when it comes to whitening my teeth. When using it is a foaming type of sensation in the mouth, I found I like to use it prior to brushing my teeth rather than after and still saw a big difference in terms of whitening.
