Been using Bounty (Regular rolls) for years and years and years. Always bought the big multi-packs. WHY DID YOU CHANGE BOUNTY'S "FORMULA"? It was perfect the way it was -- perfect texture, perfect absorbancy, perfect durability. NOW it's rough, spongy, and worst of all IT LEAVES LINT! Awful. Terrible. Don't know what I'm going to do now. I relied on Bounty for so many things (and not just around the house!). Why, why, why did you have to ruin my Bounty?

I am a very very long time user of Bounty paper towels but I have notice with time that Bounty has strayed away being the paper towels I always loved. I have loved the softness of Bounty always but for quite some time that has been gone. Proof is, I can take one sheet and stand it up on my counter and it will stand up alone. The Bounty I always loved would never have been able to do that as it was soft and pleasant to work with, unlike the Bounty paper towels now being sold. I never minded paying a little extra for Bounty however, it has now become "not worth the difference in price" from others brands if they don't have the same quality as they once did.

Bounty is the only brand of paper towel I've ever used however since the pandemic I noticed the quality of the towel sheets lacking. Not as absorbent and extremely thin. This is very disappointing since bounty has been very expensive and difficult to find lately. Sadly, now I'm looking into purchasing other brands that are stronger and more resistant.

Our dog recently had her first litter of pups, which amount to nine puppies. Potty training them in the middle of a brutal winter has not been easy. We live approximately 10 miles out of our small town and approximately 30 miles from a town to do shopping. I use this product on a regular basis in my kitchen and love it. However, I thought I would save money purchasing more rolls of other brands at a cheaper price. I was so wrong. All the other brands require 3 or more pieces to one piece of your product. It has proved to be the best product for me. I will not buy any other brand of paper towels. Thank you for Bounty.

I can't remember the last time I bought any other brand of paper towels. However, the last two bulk packages (Super Roll-Select-A-Size) were not up to Bounty's standards or my expectations. They are rough to the touch and they tend to not tear off the roll evenly. I am hoping this is a short term product problem? It will be a couple of months before I will need more towels and hope this quality problem will be corrected by then. I want to continue as a Bounty customer with the excellent quality and softness I and many other Bounty customers have come to expect.

I used to love Bounty and wouldn't buy anything else. Now you have changed its properties and it stinks. It leaves lint on glass, is isn't half as absorbent. Please go back to your old product. It's like to old expression.. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Thanks.

These paper towels will not tear cleanly along the perforation lines between them. Either the towel being torn away from the roll or the remaining towel from which the piece is being torn tears irregularly leaving a less than desirable amount of usable product. Husband is complaining, too.

I have bought nothing but bounty paper towels for over 15 years. I was thrilled when they came out with select-a-size and the multiple rolls. But I am NOT thrilled with the "New and Improved" Bounty towels. While they work the same, they are SO ROUGH! The old bounty towels while being durable, were VERY SOFT. The new ones are too rough to use to wipe a child's face or even dry your hands. I am very disappointed!

NOT SOFT ANYMORE The reason Bounty had always stood out above all of the others is not only were they absorbent but they were SOFT. They were not only good for cleaning up spills but for wiping runny noses and drying tears.. I am so sad that is not the case anymore. They are no longer soft and are hard and scratchy just like the other brands. SAD!

I have used these Select-a-size paper towels for as long as I can remember, but recently (the last 6 months) I have a noticed a difference in the way they tear off. The towels never tear on the preforated line anymore ,which defeats the purpose of "Select-a size".
