This morning I was microwaving a piece of ham for lunch. I set the microwave for 20 seconds. At 18 seconds I heard a snap and the paper towel bad a brown spot as big as a 50 cent peice and all of a sudden flames started, I opened the microwave and threw the paper towel in the sink. The next thing the whole sheet was engolfed on fire, I started the water to put it out. Thank God I was right there watching it. Most of the time I would of started the sandwich and got the rest of the stuff out of the refrigerator. This is the first time I bought your paper towels and will the last. After 2 seconds and it started on fire. Not Good! I bought a whole 6 pack at Linds because they had a special on them, but never again. This was very nerve racking. I just keep on thinking about what if I was not right next to the microwave.

The latest change to sealing Bounty paper towels is not good. I have had rolls where the glue has gone through three levels of towels. Trying to get the first row of towels loose is now really a struggle. It used to be easy as you would just put a finger tip under the edge and it would loosen. Now it is a struggle and I have wasted two and three complete turns of the roll trying to get the roll started.

You advertise this as a ( double roll) I found an old single roll that has 60 sheets and the new double only has 70 your a scam typical false advertisement by big industry a shame what your company does to consumers. I will put this all over social media and anything I can do to hold your company accountable for the lack of care for customers that you exibet. Shameful

Nothing cleans like Bounty! I don't have to use as many sheets as with cheap paper products and it makes Bounty a better deal. I like the Bounty Basic line because it combines value with the quality of Bounty I expect. Hands down it is my first, only choice for my family and home.

Unfortunately, the process/material design has been changed and bounty towels will not be my choice in the future :( I was willing to pay a premium for these because they were a premium product but they have been changed so my next purchase will be something else.

I've been a Bounty paper towel user for years and always considered them the best paper towel on the market. Lately, I've seen quality issues that concern me. Personally, I'm not a fan of select a size so I always but full sheet towels. The last package I bought had the impression (every roll in a large package) of the select a size cuts. Last week I bought another large package and the top/bottom of each roll is not properly cut and as a result every sheet I tear of the roll tears into the next sheet. I'm on the second roll of a large package. Bounty, please work on your quality! I really don't want to replace you. Thanks

This grandma babysits two granddaughters 5 days a week. I use it daily for little spills, big spills and wiping faces and hands. Sure saves time and laundry. I wouldn't go without it. Activity time, the first thing the 6 year old reaches for is the Bounty. She loves to paint and use markers. Bounty has saved the day countless times. When we polish fingernails, guess what goes under their hands, you guessed it, Bounty. Those little hands don't hold still, so we've saved the table with Bounty. Of course the kitchen is probably the place it is used the most. It is great for wiping stovetops, countertops, even wiping off those leftovers off the dishes. It is strong and durable. Thanks Bounty. Can't live without you!

Having a buy direct function online would be extremely smart and helpful, since we're in the middle of a pandemic. Manufacturers are making it very hard to social distance since nobody sells online. Then when you're at your wit's end and have to go to the store, they never have in stock.

My wife's been buying your paper towels since forever. It's one of the few brands she continuously sticks to and buys. I've even used them when doing repairs around the house. They're longer lasting and don't tend to come apart, especially when wet. Great product! Don't change them!

I used these for clean ups and it wasnt as durable. I had to use more product to wipe the cleans and spills. Its good for regular use but she cleaning or deep cleaning it breaks with water and I dont want to get my hands dirty. In general its ok for house use or wiping but for deep wet cleaning I need more.
