Quality has definitely changed

Bounty is not same quality as before. It is stiff, rough, and non absorbent, the exact opposite of the original formula which was soft and very absorbent. I have been using Bounty for decades so I do know the difference. It also leaves so much lint on all surfaces and falls apart quickly. The five star reviews on this website are apparently from people that never used the original bounty. PLEASE go back to how the original Bounty was made.

The softer they are, generally, the more lint there will be. Since it certainly sounds like your purchase isn't up to our usual Bounty quality, we'd like to replace them for you. No Bounty

I have a 26 year old son with Autism. He will only use Bounty and has become extremely upset because you are unable to find any during this time. I realize this may seem trivial to most, but for him it is a crisis. Can an individual order directly from a distributor? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
