[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a pet parent I use a lot of paper towels so I was thrilled to get this! These paper towels worked great on pet messes and cleaned them up with fewer towels than I regularly use. They also do great with food spills and general household cleaning. I was super impressed with these and will definitely be purchasing these again!

LONG TIME BOUNTY USER. I can't remember the last time I bought any other brand of paper towels. However, the last two bulk packages were not up to Bounty's standards or my expectations. They are rough to the touch and they tend to not tear off the roll evenly. I am hoping this is a short term product problem? It will be a couple of months before I will need more towels and hope this quality problem will be corrected by then. I want to continue as a Bounty customer with the excellent quality and softness I and many other Bounty customers have come to expect.

My go to paper towels. These are what I like to have in my kitchen at all times if possible. They are of course perfect for spills and light cleaning but they are also great instead of a plate when you want to grab a quick snack but don't want to dirty a plate for something that doesn't really necessitate a plate.

The new packaging that wraps each roll in plastic is not environmentally friendly and totally unnecessary. But beyond that the new rolls are glued so much that you waste 9-10 towels just to get the roll to work properly. I'm going to stop buying them even though they are my preferred brand. Sorry.

This used to be a great product, really outstanding compared to others and we bought nothing else. But something has changed. In the last two packages purchased, the rolls were folded at the bottom, causing the sheets to tear unevenly. Very inconvenient and defeating the purpose of select-a-size. The first time we thought it was just a random quality control error in production, but then encountered the same problem in several subsequent rolls. Have you changed your process or supplier? Right now, Bounty has lost its select-a-size advantage and we will not be purchasing it again until this problem is corrected.

P&G you must fix this problem. I have used Bounty paper towels all my life but am seriously considering searching for a replacement towel. The towels do not tear at the perforation. They tear anywhere across the towel. Not only that, they tear across the ply(s). It is difficult to get a whole piece even when holding two towels and pulling slowly to separate the two. Every time and I repeat every time I reach for a paper towel I am left standing wih a handful of shredded towels....useless. I know this is something that can be fixed and am surprised that it has not. Consumers have learned to expect quality from Bounty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess it's a sign of adulthood when you get way too excited because Influenster sent paper towels. I find myself reaching for Bounty paper towels all day long. I love how thick and thirsty they are. They seem to absorb everything quickly from puppy messes to coffee spills. I love to use them to line the cup holders in my couch but this is where I wish that I could make a change. You see I find that I only need half of the sheet to do this so I wish they were perforated down the middle for that reason. Other than that, they are perfect.

These are so handy to have in kitchen for quick clean up. They're probably the most absorbent and durable paper towels I've used. I think they're also probably the least affordable paper towels I've used so I try to think twice about using them, but also to reduce how much I use in general.

We have bought Bounty for many many years. In fact, we only bought your brand, ...until recently. We've always purchased the 12 roll pack (362.2 ft/ 44 sheet 2ply 27.9X26.4cm) packages. We used to buy perhaps 6 packages or more a month. The issue now is, you no longer have, make, or supply them anymore. I have tried all the stores in Central California. Your "new" "select a size" does not and will not work for us. They won't fit our holders. The sheets are not a practical size any more. Two, are too large now and the center perforation causes problems. They cost more per square feet! They are embossed with your logo. The type that we've gotten for so long do not have those issues. They are apparently gone. We now by from your competitors. Very sad. Never even had a reason to look at others until you changed things. If you decide to go back to the better ones, we may go back, if we think to look for them anymore. Your marketing really messed up. Very disappointing!!
