I have been using Bounty towels for years now, and I have always been happy with the absorbency and strength of the towels. However, I am extremely unhappy with the last purchase I made, a package of 8 regular rolls (UPC 037000288998). The towels' layers are separating, creating a mess when pulling towels off the roll. I had an installer putting in a new dishwasher a few days ago, and he went to use a few towels to clean off the outside of the machine when he finished. The towels came off in separate layers, and crated a bit of a fuss when I tried to straighten it out. I have since been into a second roll from that package, and it is doing the same thing. I am guessing that the whole package is like this. I ha ve never had this problem with Bounty towels before, and I wonder if they quality is going downhill.

Somehow a bounty paper towel ended up on my driveway. I kept seeing it when I pulled my car in the garage but we were having severals days of stormy weather and it is was already soaking wet. Imagine my surprise when I went out and picked it up and it peeled up off the the concrete still all in one piece! Now that is strong!

Time to change from Bounty to some other superior product....Thought had accidentally gotten a different product, but on rechecking and using different rolls, could not believe..it is the same bounty.....??????!!!!!! quality is worse, everything is worse....so time to move on.....

I've used only Bounty for years but recently I tried another name brand because it was on sale. I like the select a size because we use them as napkins and I don't waste as many paper towels. With the first wipe of my mouth, it was so rough that it hurt. Hate them. Also when wiping out a cast iron fry pan which had some oil in it, I used the other brand and it just didn't look clean. Then I wiped the same pan with Bounty and it was clean and the Bounty towel was dirty. Will stick to Bounty from now on.

I am a working mother who has 3 kids (now 20, 18, & 13) but still messy, a husband and 3 dogs so you can only imagine in little spills along with the big ones that occur throughout my house. The select-a-size is perfect. I can customize it for any job. In my spare time, I like to work in my craft room and I keep a roll in there as well. They're great for cleaning paint spills and brushes.

I have no idea what has happened to the quality of your paper towels other than to say it has gone down substantially ! We have been buying the Multi pack of select a size for at least 10 years and for the past six months every pack we have purchased has consistently had very poor perforations. The towels rip diagonally or two sheets come off instead of one. Occasionally the winding run out is enough to stop the roll from turning on the holder and you have to turn it by hand. I am at the point I am going to go to another brand soon. Just thought you should know before others get tired of it as well. I worked in the plastic bag industry and I know these are very solvable quality problems.

I am a former Viva paper towel fan, but I find much better value and absorbancy when I keep Bounty in the house. I especially love the JUMBO towel rolls, so I don't have to replace the roll so often! It's always my first choice now. I tried the Duratowel. and the Soft choice as well, but Bounty Jumbo Select a size is still my favorite.

The number one reason is the durability of the product. With other paper towels I find myself using way more than needed. The fact that the paper sizes help to stop wasteful usage. I also enjoy that these paper towels don't leave and residue behind which can be very irritating when cleaning glass. Overall great product and Bounty will always be my go to paper towel brand.

My husband and I really enjoy the select-a-size paper towel. But it seems as if select-a-size is impossible to find in some parts of Illinois. Is there anyway you can help? We still use the regular Bounty but, the select-a-size works best for those who are on a fixed income. Keep up the great work.
