I am so very disappointed in your product. I have used Bounty for many, many years, however, you recently started applying more and more glue (or other sticky adhesive) to the starting sheets on a new roll. They are useless, the glue makes everything you wipe gummy and streaked. The previous rolls had about 2 sheets with the adhesive now more that 6 or 8 that are wasted. Are you making this change to have customers use more sheets, therefore the need to purchase sooner? I wanted to contact customer service directly but cannot find anywhere on your website for contact info other then you Q&A area. Hopefully, you will take this feedback as constructive criticism from a customer and rectify the situation. Thanks for giving me the time to express my feedback.

I have used bounty towels forever. I was alwa;ys very pleased with the towels. However, I purchased a 6 pack 2 weeks ago and so far 2 of the rolls are very unsatisfactory. I checked the other rolls and they seem to be the same. There are 2 layers, that are seperating and they are not lined up together. They do not seem as soft, rather rough and scratchy. I am only hoping that somehow this is a bad batch.

We have used Bounty for years. While giving us "33 %" more sheets, you lowered the quality that we have come to expect. Funny, the price went up as well. The towels are now rigid, rough and thin. I guess there is no real value or reason to pay a more for your product.

I will say I like the size of the bounty sheets and they do feel fluffier than Kirkland. It's also a thinner roll so it fits on my paper towel holder better. As far as absorption, I didn't notice much of a difference but I did notice a difference in durability when wet, which is a plus. Great product that does what it says it will!

After receiving my Bounty, complimentary from Influenster, I am definitely going back! They are very strong and absorbent, they make cleaning up small messes and windows a breeze and don't fall apart like other brands. I highly recommend these.

However, I recognize quality when I see it. I notice I use a lot less paper towels to clean up messes as I would a generic brand. They are very thick and absorbent, so if it's important to you to use less, I would suggest these. Bounty is a GREAT product and gives you value for your money..but they likely won't find their way into my frequent purchases until my income goes up 😂

I do not care if Bounty costs pennies more, it pays for itself with the ways Bounty can be used. For dusting, drying dishes , picking up spills so easily and so many other uses. I will never use any other brands, my house is a Bounty house forever.

I ordered these paper towels from Walmart and was thrilled with the quick delivery and the quality of the products. These paper towels are sturdy and don't fall apart when you pull them off the roll. I like the single regular sheet rather than the select a size. I would recommend to a friend.
